Privacy

Privacy Policy.

Effective October 5, 2026 · Applies to the Tournage iPhone app and tournage.app.

The short version: the Tournage app does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your footage stays on your iPhone.

What the app accesses, and why

You can change any of these permissions at any time in iPhone Settings → Tournage.

Where your footage goes

Recordings are made entirely on your iPhone. While a take is being recorded, a working copy is kept in the app's private storage so it can be recovered if the app or phone stops unexpectedly. Once a clip is saved to Photos, that working copy is deleted. Nothing is uploaded anywhere: the app contains no code that sends data over the internet. The "Field guide" link in Settings simply opens this website in Safari.

Your looks, LUTs and settings

Custom LUT files you add, your presets and your preferences are stored only on your device (custom LUTs live in Files → On My iPhone → Tournage). They are removed if you delete the app.

Third parties

The app includes no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking software, and we do not sell or share data with anyone.

Children

Tournage does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

This website

tournage.app is a static website. If you choose to join the launch list, the email address you enter is sent to us through the form service Web3Forms solely so we can tell you when Tournage launches; we never sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
